| Eligibility |
- Form 5 students nominated by secondary schools.
- Each school can nominate a maximum of three students.
- Each applicant has to submit a piece of work in any format on the topic "My Avenue of Stars - What kinds of talents do you foresee, are needed to fulfil social needs within ten years; and how will you equip yourself to meet future challenges?"
- A total of 200 applicants will be invited for group interviews, with 100 selected to join the Programme.

- Selection favours students who are enthusiastic with dreams for their future.
- Selection favours students who have not had a chance to attend similar programmes before.
- Satisfactory academic results are required, but high marks are not necessary.

| Programme objectives |
- To broaden the horizon of Form 5 students through learning activities, offering them an opportunity to expand their social network and to learn from each other.
- To build up participants' confidence and develop a positive mindset/attitude when facing challenges.
- To help participants develop their full potential, enhancing their communication skills, interpersonal skills and project-management skills.

| Programme Details |
- Two-day, one-night outbound training camp at the Shatin Campus, the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
- Four days of classes at the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
- Four days experiential activities and training in MTR including Service Ambassador training and a visit to the MTR depot.
